Case Study 1: O2 Gas Detection in Oxygen Deficiency Incident
Customer Needs
In June 2014, a Nitrogen pipeline leak occurred in a factory, causing dozens of workers to suffer from hypoxia poisoning and varying degrees of hypoxia symptoms, so the manager of the factory urgently contacted us to purchase Oxygen alarms.
Solutions
GasDog offers two solutions to users:
- GD300-O2 fixed gas detector with independent probe display and alarm.
- Probe with display but no alarm. When the concentration is lower than 19.5% VOL, the relay switch is activated to start the separate alarm light alarm (the customer customizes the separate alarm light).
Case Study 2: Monitoring O2 Gas in Monocrystalline Silicon Rod Production
Customer Needs
A certain company is mainly engaged in the production and research and development of monocrystalline silicon rods. The concentration of O2 needs to be detected in the workshop production process. Too high Oxygen content will cause defects and impurities inside the monocrystalline silicon and reduce stability. Therefore, it is necessary to install an oxygen detector that can be monitored 24 hours a day at each production port, and the data must be uniformly transmitted to their monitoring system for management.
Solutions
According to customer needs, GasDog recommends a GD300-O2 fixed gas detector, explosion-proof grade Ⅱ 2G Ex ia Ⅱ CT4 Ga, protection grade IP65. This single gas monitor adopts diffuse sampling, digital tube high-brightness display, and the instrument is equipped with 4-20MA and R485 signal output as standard. It can be connected to the customer's monitoring system for centralized viewing through wired mode. It is equipped with infrared remote control as standard and can perform operations such as alarm value setting, zero point calibration, and target point calibration without opening the cover.
The gas detector was debugged before leaving the factory, and the customer installed it quickly after receiving the goods. It saves time, effort, is simple and convenient, and subsequent customers have been repurchasing this equipment.
