Gas Detection Q&A - For Your Safety Environments
Built-in advanced gas detector sensor and sound & light alarm to ensure precise and safe gas detection in hazardous applications.
Q: Tips for Using Home Flammable Gas Leak Detector
A:
- After the instrument has warmed up for 30 seconds, place the detector's probe (sensor) as close as possible to the suspected gas leak location. If a gas leak is detected, the detector will emit a rapid alarm sound, the screen will turn red, and the corresponding leak concentration indicator bar will appear.
- When using the GasDog Home gas leak detector, it is recommended to start with the high sensitivity setting. If the leak intensity exceeds the maximum indication, switch to the low sensitivity setting to check the intensity.
- After powering on, if there is no button operation within 5 minutes, the instrument will emit a long "beep" and turn off the power.
Note: The sensor needs to warm up after powering on; the analog bar will cycle for approximately 30 seconds to complete the warm-up.
